Michelada is a Mexican typical beverage that is prepared mixing bee, lemon juice, salt and seasoning juice (Maggie Juice, English sauce, spicy sauce). Variations exist, for example,the one that you add tomato and oyster (Clamato), or the Cuban, English sauce and Tabasco sauce, the three ingredients to the flavor, where the salt is mixed with Chile Piquin (Chile powder) to the frost.

Hot sauce and lime

There’s also the ¨Chelada¨ that is the beer (preferably clear or lager), combined with Lemon Juicen and salt.  And that in some places is known them as “Russian”, that also is prepared with soft drink of Grapefruit, lemon and salt.

Every state has its own way to call a Michelada, so when you are in Manzanillo and want to try a Michelada, make sure that you tell the them if you want it just with Lime juice and salt or with the sauces.
