Simplemente Deli is an innovative idea created in 2003 by Edgar and Luis Ramos. After perceiving the absence of the deli concept in the state of Colima, they decided to create a restaurant that offered a wide variety of gourmet deli items, such as: Panini-like sandwiches made with different types of bread: ciabattas & bagels, international wraps, exquisite salads with a wide range of original house made dressings, hot & cold drinks and a variety of table wines.
Now in Colima, Simplementedeli is distinguished as the number one deli-restaurant.

I was recently there and the service is great, they really make the best to make you feel like home. The menu is written on the wall so it will be easier for you to decide what to order. In case you want to add or remove a ingredient on your plate dont be afraid to let them know, they will be more than please to do so.

The Wraps are great, try the one with fine herbs and chicken teriyaki. You have a variety of breads to choose from and by the way, the Exotica dressing is the best. Is made out of basil and almonds, love it!In simplemente Deli you will feel like home!
